Daily Duties at Flint Hills Resources:
Led management and implementation of engineering capital projects company-wide for the Renewable Fuels Division, including eight chemical manufacturing plants in three states. Oversaw a $200 MM / year portfolio; hired, trained, and developed a team of project managers and project engineers. Collaborated seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams including construction managers, project schedulers and planners, and executives. Ensured compliance with project management standards; evaluated project progress and reprioritized projects to best align with business needs and resources, while maintaining and promoting 100% compliance culture with Safety and Environmental protocols.
