Managed daily operations Assisted with Marketing events Responsible for Recruiting / Opening new client intakes, maintaining files, conducting supervisory visits Supervised 300 plus employees, schedules, annual reviews, coaching and counseling Responsible for hiring and training employees. Incorporated field experience and technical knowledge into learner-centered presentations emphasizing interactive, hands on practice. Ensure that curriculum is current with changing industry requirements. Assist with payroll and billing.
