Daily Duties at Mastercare Homecare & Healthcare:

Opened a new Homecare, Home health and Medical Staffing office in AZ. Responsible for procuring state home health license, AZ AHCCCS contracts as wells as obtaining private insurance contracts. Responsible for creating Policies and Procedures specific to AZ. Responsible for meeting all relevant statutory and mandatory requirements associated with operations and working within the framework of the company\'s core values. Responsible for the training of all employees / Incorporated field experience and technical knowledge into training presentations ensuring that curriculum is current with the changing industry requirements while emphasizing an interactive hands on practice. Manage daily office operations as well as all Marketing & Recruiting strategies / Supervise all employees, schedules, annual reviews, coaching, counseling & terminations. Acting administrator for Home health governing board. Oversee and work with the Director of Home health services to process new clients to ensure compliance measures are met within the scope of the company. Open new non-medical clients, maintain files, and conduct supervisory visits. Process weekly payroll, billing & invoicing.
