Daily Duties at Team Select Home Care:

Provided thorough supervision for day-to-day operations of office. Develop & adhere to operations budget. Set-up new hiring processes specific to the companies set policies and guidelines. Customized the caregiver hiring and training processes to find exceptional staff. Responsible for the training of all employees / Incorporated field experience and technical knowledge into training presentations ensuring that curriculum is current with the changing industry requirements while emphasizing an interactive hands on practice. Created a unique hands on training process to ensure the hiring of the best quality caregivers. Revised policies and procedures in accordance with changes in local, state and federal laws and regulations. Monitored the operation of support departments to ensure that clients needs were met and properly maintained. Established and maintained positive relationships with community members, residents, families, other area health care providers, physicians and community at large. Observed strict confidentiality and safeguarded all patient-related information. Diligently monitored the PI (Process Improvement) program to improve performance and maintain high Medicare standards for the Outpatient mobile therapy division. Planned, organized, supervised and provided assignments for Physical & Occupational Therapists, as well as caregivers and office staff. Managed an average of 75 employees. Process weekly payroll, billing & invoicing.
