Daily Duties at Ignition Systems And Controls, Inc.:
Manage all financial aspects of the company covering the primary functions of accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory control, and purchasing. Supervise an assistant controller at a sister company and lead and develop a staff of eight at ISC covering the aforementioned functions. Perform monthly and annual financial close and consolidation among nine branches, prepare consolidated financial reports for parent company and for corporate management including branch performance, inventory turns, customer analysis, financial ratios; prepare account and bank reconciliations; prepare and file state and local sales tax returns; prepare ad-hoc financial and operational reports; prepare annual operational and administrative budgets and report monthly variances by segment; prepare all audit schedules and prepare audit request packets; examine and import payroll files; administer fixed asset system and depreciation.
