Technical Lead Consultant IBM WebSphere Commerce and IBM WebSphere Application Server: Sept 2012- Current 1. Leading a team of 10 WebSphere Commerce L1 and L2 Support which includes developers and administrators assigned on different WebSphere Commerce Projects. 2. Have deployed successful solutions and fixes after analyzing and troubleshooting issues for many WebSphere Commerce Customers to get their websites on track in terms of performance, product level issues, database issues and code level issues. 3. Have worked very closely with IBMers L1 and L2 support teams on IBM PMRs to find and reach the root cause of the issue and get the solution available for clients. 4. Have successfully designed, implemented and deployed Customer Loyalty Module for multiple customers in US and Australia Region. 5. Have successfully architected and implemented infrastructure and topology for customer with more than 200 e-sites based in Australia and New Zealand using IBM Software Load Balancer Edge Component. 6. Configure and troubleshooting IBM WebSphere Commerce Installation Issues for various customers. 7. Installation of WCS, WAS fix Packs, Commerce Server, instance creation (Staging,Production), WCS FIX pack, Cumulative fixes/Apars, Enablement of the feature pack (FP7),FP8,migration activities, IBMIHS (Webservers) , Search setup (Local and Remote), DB2 (Client &Server),HADR set up Senior Software Engineer Sept 2009- Sept 2012 8. Completed development modules using WebSphere Commerce Controller commands for business logics and EJBs. 9. Involve in code level changes at the front end side includes JSPs to accomplish support tasks. 10. Installation of Rational Application Developer with IBM Installation Manager to setup WebSphere Commerce Development Environment. 11. Troubleshooting issues related to different components of IBM WebSphere Commerce B2B and B2C modules. 12. Configure and troubleshooting IBM WebSphere Commerce Installation Issues for various customers. 13. Installation of WCS, WAS fix Packs, Commerce Server, instance creation (Staging,Production), WCS FIX pack, Cumulative fixes/Apars, Enablement of the feature pack (FP7),FP8,migration activities, IBMIHS (Webservers) , Search setup (Local and Remote), DB2 (Client &Server),HADR set up 14. Extensive experience in using of All WebSphere Commerce Tools i.e. Admin Console, Accelerator, Organization Admin Console, Management Center. 15. Strong troubleshooting skills in solving issues related to Staging Propagation, Solr index prop, di-preprocess, full build index and Stage copy, Data load, Prod activities. 16. Install SSL certs ,web services calls set up between WCS-ESB-OMS, CyberSource, SMTP,ISD 17. Deployments setup in Prod as well as lower environment via WCBD (WebSphere Commerce Build and deploy), 18. IBM DB2 administration, DB2 backups (online/offline), Restore, Snapshots, Cataloging. Data sources, connection pools, J2C Authentication aliases, virtual hosts, name space bindings, Queues, high availability (vertical/horizontal clusters). 19. Analyzing heapdumps,java cores using IBM tools. 24/7 Production Support
