Daily Duties at Cf Chefs:
Headed all product development and vertical formulation. Set up my office in the lab with my team and formulated along side of them so I could teach and evaluate products as they were developed. Ran small production line, Sales Managed Disney, Papa Johns directly) and sales support to National Restaurant Chains, Retail and Food Service
