Daily Duties at Lockheed Martin:

-Lead the flight simulation center and manage day to day operations. -Maintain a professional, high quality site that exceeds expectations. -Fulfill all requirements & schedules to satisfy FAA/NSP Part 60 Requirements for Flight Simulation Standards -Primary POC for all customers, upper management, vendors, facilities & team members. -Implement & manage task management software systems for the team -Organize & oversee safety training for the team. -Establish & maintain a positive working environment & relationships with team, customers, contractors, managers and vendors. -Ensure that performance standards are met and exceeded. -Schedule coordination -Problem solving and troubleshooting. -Serve as a positive role model. Encourage technicians toward educational/career development. -Primary technician responsibilities include electronics/computer maintenance and repair, upgrades, programming and full operation of the Airbus A330 full flight Simulator.
