• Directed all phases of the Affordable Care Act in Kentucky in the development of the enrollment and benefit exchange program, from due diligence, vendor selection, business / federal government and technical requirements to the testing phase. • Directed planning, budgeting, vendor selection and quality assurance efforts as the Program Manager, responsible for the delivery of initiation to testing. • Supervised a team of 10 team members, consisting of junior project managers, business analysts, and quality testing resources, providing constructive feedback, motivation, and leadership to my team • Led by example, by in addition to my role of Program Manager, by leading several tracks as the senior project manager and program manager (due to resource gaps) simultaneously.
