Daily Duties at Balfour Beatty Communities:
Prepared RFPs, RFIs, service agreements, and performance work statements for each site. Pre-qualified subcontractors and handled issuance of identification, certified payroll, and payroll auditing; administered accounts payable and AIA contractor documents. Prepare monthly draws, cost performance reports, reconciliations, quarterly PAM report, and semiannual incentive reports as well as required supporting documentation. Acted as assistant to Project Superintendent.
