Daily Duties at Ibm:

Desktop Support - BestBuy: Setting up network connections through local LAN Account setup and management with active directory Service pack upgrade, virus removal, resetting network and application passwords setup network and remote printing, configuring MS Outlook email accounts, recovering email et al. Tech Support POS: Provided technical support to IBM system users and aimed at always providing first call resolution. My day to day activities involved: Configuring new systems, cloning systems, testing new functionality prior to deployment of new releases, administering login access and permissions to system etc. Companies supported: Popeye’s, KFC, Chipotle.
