Daily Duties at Practiceworks/Carestream Dental:
BA role was leveraged off escalated support issues that needed to be presented to development for bugfixes/hotfixes, enhancements etc. Liaised with development and clients on fix release dates and implementation schedules. Ensured that the Risk Assessment process was adhered to prior to project team accepting the end users change requests. Tested work done by development prior to presenting fix or enhancements to clients. Participated and contributed to product enhancement for upcoming product releases. Presented product demonstration to clients during beta testing and documented and reviewed feed back with development. Solely responsible for updating product documentation. Performed QA duties for products using Mercury Test Director and Load Tester.
