Daily Duties at Bluecube Software:
Proficient in working with clients to understand what customizations they needed made to their application after major product enhancement for product meet their business needs. Translated these customizations and business needs for developers to effectively prioritize activities and achieve defined objectives. Communicated with SME’s to ensure development’s solution was feasible and communicated to both SME and Developers. Created implementation schedules with clients and the implementations department. Acted as the first point of contact for technical support for the clients that were assigned to me and worked with clients to understand the problem. Communicated the timelines and status of project progress to clients as well as to internal teams
