Daily Duties at Knowlagent:
Worked closely with development team to understand creation of the new SSIS ETL process Coordinated meetings, expectations and project scope with stakeholders and Developers. Worked closely with clients with an aim of understanding what the metrics their old reports provided and how they expected their new OLAP/data warehouse to work for accurate reporting purposes. Worked with development prior process change to ensure that the client reports ran successfully in the in-house testing prior to implementation on client site. Acted as client’s point of contact when application or reports failed to provided accurate information in production and I would assist with troubleshooting the extraction transformation and loading (ETL) process and data logs. In cases where reports were inaccurate I assisted by checked the database tables by running SQL queries to compare what was in the database and what was on report. Communicated with development customer requests and worked with both until post implementation and successful hand-over to the support department. A lot of new requests revolved around the content management system since each client used the CMS differently. Coordinated the UAT process prior to implementation to ensure accuracy as per client expectation. Facilitated creation of a risk assessment process which was signed off by the VP and implemented as a company process. Created and configured the company’s CRM process, salesforce.com, for the support team. Process was used to open and manage customer cases in an efficient manner.
What they like about Knowlagent:
You highly value a work environment built on a formal structure, rules, and regulations. You do not enjoy the unpredictability of shifting priorities and deadlines that upset your routine. You require and enjoy direction, input and accountability as part of your work environment. You have a strong need to participate in making key decisions and feel left out if your superiors or co-workers do not seek your input when making decisions. You thrive on providing good customer service to both internal or external customers, and doing so makes you feel good.
