Daily Duties at Mo De:
- Researched the different regulation and compliance requirements for the US, UK, South Africa, Nigeria and Kenya. - Coordinated conversations with attorneys in all these countries to understand compliance and regulatory requirements and initiate application process for each country. - Worked with a focus group to flush out mobile app’s customer journey and experience from which we would develop a new app. - Created RFP’s to identify an app development company that would improve the app - Coordinated efforts of the UI team/app dev team, internal dev team, QA, customer experience team and the business to set deadline and ensure requirements were met based on schedule. -Tracked progress of all teams involved in project and keep all necessary partied roped in by reporting progress every 2 weeks.
