Daily Duties at Brck:
My role involved coordinating communication between business to understand requirements and for dev team to execute different builds, assigning responsibilities to team members. Ran daily stand up meeting to quickly get a pulse on status of top priority items from all teams dev, testing, UI, implementation Managed budget for assembly of hardware and delivery schedule of product for implementation dates Worked with UI, business and end user teams through walk throughs of different UI iterations of the interface Provided weekly progress status reports to all necessary stakeholders Facilitated the change management process for bugs, fixes or new approved scope items. Managed all project documentation (both hardware and software) for team
