Daily Duties at Aol, Inc.:
Promoted to Director role to design and lead the Controller Organization’s business transformation program. • Managed all of the Six Sigma resources through both formal DMAIC projects, as well as “get it done” projects. • Led several teams engaged in delivering back office services such as help desk management, contract tracking and storage, and SAP master data setup. • Led the Controller organization’s People Development program, including the formal training framework and mentor program. • Directed the Controller’s communication plan and strategy.
