Daily Duties at Quest Software:

Lead four global programs that include Business Intelligence, Social Support, Learning and Development, and Knowledge Management. Guide the efforts of others in the achievement of strategic and operational objectives. Leads teams to solve abstract ambiguous problems based on long term objectives and business requirements. Responsible for strategic roadmap of programs as well as financial budget. Manage international and domestic project teams as well as create strategic programs for Dell Software Global Support. Develop relationships with key executives/business owners to ensure company’s business objectives are being met as well as advising executive level stakeholders in the stand-up of critical programs. Provide program management across business domains and functional disciplines to consolidate acquired companies into DSG. Developed and Implemented strategic programs (ex. support partner program, quarterly business reviews and escalation management program) Spearheaded process improvement projects to streamline processes and capitalize on synergies. Managed strategic customer accounts to ensure customer success. Including working with cross functional team to resolve critical issue. Developed business cases, collaborative support agreements and support plans for large scale complex programs.
