 Spearheaded and enhanced the Six Sigma performance within the Global Commercial, Global Projects, HR, IT, Parts/Service Generator Technologies Commercial, Generator Technologies Emerging Markets, and Finance groups.  Generated commercial sales and margin improvement model utilizing Six Sigma methodology, determining strategic improvement opportunities, and coordinating them to the senior management.  Handled the business critical strategic activities including the incorporation of Six Sigma, value stream mapping, and Cummins operating systems.  Oversaw the Commercial Groups’ Black Belts while serving as member of global commercial executive director staff.  Discussed the DMAIC Black Belt and Green Belt courses globally while training 27 black belts and more than 40 green belts worldwide to boost business profitability.  Evaluated the Six Sigma projects throughout all phases while endorsing the introduction of customer-focused Six Sigma and supervising Black Belt teams in supporting the aftermarket, IT, ESB, commercial, HR, finance, engineering, and operations functions.
