involves instruction in the Clinical Information System, a program of training where the paramount qualification requirement is a combination of practical clinical, medical and nursing knowledge with technical knowledge of the Clinical Information System. Schedules and provides Essentris training to all healthcare providers, maintains records and submits reports on all classes provided to the Information Services Training Element. Provide reports on Wright-Patterson USAF Medical Center's healthcare business process initiatives, tracking and analyzing key clinical data for Organizational Improvement Office (OIO), Risk Management, and Patient Safety departments, as well as development and implementation of critical paths. Designs reports for evaluation compliance with national clinical documentation standards (TJC, College of American Pathologist (CAP), etc.).
