Daily Duties at Dream Home Care:

Directed day-to-day human resources at 6 facilities court ordered group homes for at-risk youth. Collaborated with group CEO and COO while assisting Executive Director and site leaders in growing their businesses through innovative human-resources management. Directed human-resources reporting system to update field managers, senior managers, and board of directors on progress of human-resources goals in areas such as recruitment, turnover, employee retention, recruitment cost, benefit cost, as well as cost-savings efforts. Handled all human capital management – full cycle recruiting, onboarding, performance management, mentoring and job coaching. Spearheaded and managed the day-to-day human Resources function.
