Daily Duties at Resources Global Professionals:
As the Client's point of contact, recommend strategies, changes management and customized solutions to improve the Client's workplace efficiencies. Partners with internal human resources department teams to monitor the deliverables based on negotiated timelines, ensuring satisfaction of client expectations. Collaborates with the Client’s management team to ensure a high level of client organizational effectiveness through a variety of HR projects such as: policy and handbook development, and performance management systems, performance appraisal systems, HRIS reports, employee satisfaction surveys, and compensation analysis. Effectively provides consultancy services to various business unit within client organizations to analyze ROI and provide HR best practices.
