Daily Duties at Njli Advisors:
Created this boutique advisory firm from scratch. From a single man shop, I brought in and trained 4 post-intern staff, to assist me in all the phases that are required in maintaining a demanding client base. I brought in 2 outside experienced advisors, who eventually moved into my offices, bringing with them their expertise in client sales and planning. I spearheaded a marketing plan to the Ukraine community as two of my rookies were recently from there. I initiated free tax returns to that community to keep a steady flow of leads for my staff.
