• Purchase raw material for commercial machinery. • Monitor and review lead time and cost. • Work with overseas vendors to ensure quality and on-time delivery. • Set up an MRP system to determine inventory needed. • Implementing SOP’s for purchasing and operations. • Conducting Analysis on current inventory to set up Min/Max system • Implementing a Kanban pull system. • Creating department forms for deviations and change request. • Controlling incoming shipments for review of quality issues. • Cost analysis for savings. • Project management on all new products.
