Daily Duties at The Walt Disney Co:
coordinate and track implementation of new tools and processes within the department. Also managed support teams to ensure problems with the nightly systems processing in the data center were handled effectively to minimize down time to end users caused by system failures. Responsible for efficient production systems processing and operations required to make software more reliable and mitigate outages caused by changes to the database and core software.
