• Developed an innovative, award winning environmental health and safety program for the development test cells, receiving the Caterpillar Chairman’s Safety award for reducing the LTIFR by 90%. • Managed all engineering research and development test cell facilities and personnel, collecting test data of turbine engines and components. • Reviewed and approved all engineering drawings, schematics, and test agendas for each project test. • Development Test Department – Managed 5 million dollar annual budgets across 25 test cell facilities and 27 personnel, resulting in an average annual savings of 15%. Averaged a 9.5% ROI, all within Sarbanes-Oxley guidelines. • Conducted interviews, hiring, wrote and delivered yearly performance appraisals for all direct reports. Recommended merit raises and promotions to HR. Developed, encouraged, and coached team members promoting a team environment and actionable goals. • Conducted and evaluated yearly corporate employee surveys, developed and instituted corrective action plan.
