Daily Duties at Sharp Electronics:
Systems Engineer, Sharp Electronics ATSC; Field Support Third level Sharp MFP support. Managed, maintained, and resolved printer issues for all Sharp digital printers and MFP’s including development of White Papers and Technical bulletins for ATSC web site. - Diagnosed MFP issues and resolved them or escalated to manufacturing staff. - Integrated third party applications to help with MFP sales. - Visit customers in the field to help diagnose problems and save pending sales. - Diagnose and repair electrical mechanical systems.
