Daily Duties at Philips Medical System:
• Prepare order entry packages and coordinate all pertinent information with the organization. • Prepare Extended Warranty information and complete Contract Transmittals. • Work with Sales to prepare all consignment paperwork. • Ensure all orders comply with company booking policies. • Prepare change orders and track status. • Coordinate with Sales, Service and Operations to determine correct part numbers
