• Spearheaded the planning, procurement and coordination of materials for assigned promotions; ensure the timely high quality production of direct mail and promotional materials. • Negotiate costs and scheduling for materials and services. • Estimate and reconcile all promotion costs. • Maintain job-tracking system. • Oversaw/issued purchase orders, change orders and approved invoices for accuracy. • Maintained cost database. • Prepare and analyze cost proposals and awarded jobs. • Provided technical guidance to ensure cost effective and efficient production. • Coordinate electronic file requirements between studios and vendors, oversee proofing process, monitor and traffic all proofs. • Coordinated special projects as required. • Negotiated prices to maintain profit. • Implemented performance, quality and efficiency measures to achieve aggressive production goals.
