Daily Duties at Calvert Group:

Leader in maintaining and updating records of fiscal transactions manually and electronically. Ensure adequate and timely posting of payments and refunds received to appropriate account or cost center and complete the necessary forms and logs to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Responsible for answering correspondence concerning procedures or inquiries on the processing of payments; proficiently worked to reconciled outstanding purchase orders and collaborated closely with various internal divisions or outside agencies and clients to maintain accuracy of accounts.  Ensure accuracy of files by maintaining and updating payment documents, invoices, purchase orders, requisitions, accounts payable and receivable, and other correspondence. Ensure files were kept up to date based on company procedures.  Analyzed for inaccuracies and report fund performance on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis for respective key personnel, departments and board members. As well as analyzed and reported taxable and tax-free fund performance on daily basis.  Created and maintained fund reports for use by the Fund Boards on a Quarterly basis; compile fund performance booklets for Department Heads to review.  Assisted the CFO and Accounting Manager with receiving and screening calls. Confirmed precision on all forms of correspondences written by the CFO before submission. Maintained CFO’s calendar.
