Daily Duties at Advaxis:
Provide QA documentation control expertise to all departments and in particular GXP functions (GCP, CLP, CMP) Support Advaxis Inc. quality controlled documentation systems including but not limited to back records and material specifications issuance, release, change control, deviation and product complaint systems. Support the qualification and maintenance of contract research, development and manufacturing organization and partnerships to ensure data integrity and robust control of QA documentation system. Create, improve and maintain controlled documents and records filing system from Advaxis in support clinical research, development and manufacturing activities and related project to ensure regulatory compliance Proactively create, improve and maintain controlled documents and records filing system from Advaxis and contract partners, integrating peer inputs in support to clinical research, development and manufacturing Liaise with Advaxis, Inc. functional groups providing expertise for QA controlled documents issuance, review and maintenance to support the qualification and maintenance of contract research, development and manufacturing organizations and partnerships to ensure data integrity and a robust QA document control system.
