Daily Duties at Aecom:

currently employed as a Service Manager / Supervisor / Shop Lead, in a heavy equipment shop and oversees maintenance and repair of all equipment both in shop and at project sites. Ensures that all equipment is completely inspected serviced and repaired calibrated based on the manufacturers recommendations or government standard. Have final responsibility for all diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of all company equipment. Oversees QA/QC inspection protocol of all work personnel and work performed. Determines methods and course of action to achieve departmental and organizational goals through effective planning and efficient performance of the department. Meets schedules and deadlines, adheres to policies and procedures and maintains a good attendance/tardiness record, effectively trains, coaches, disciplines and develops employees within the maintenance shops and traveling field mechanics. Ensures all shops have meet government regulations (state and federal E.P.A. regulations OSHA), Responsible and Monitor the purchasing of repair parts and inventories, receipts, and processing of purchase orders and warranty claims. Computer Skills Include a Working Knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel and outlook. Carries out various functions for 10 level, 20 level and 30 level maintenance on a variety of military equipment as follows:
