Daily Duties at Johnson Controls, Inc.:
Accountable for the overall financial and operational performance of facility/campus (850,000 sq ft.), with 200 remote locations throughout Sacramento and Placer County and Lenexa Kansas. Manage, oversee, and facilitate supplier contract management/administration and legal review, execution and renewal activities, personnel administration, purchasing, safety. Included day to day operations of data centers, telecommunication environments, CMMS management with (3) direct reports to assist with maintenance operations and contract administration.
