Daily Duties at Innovative Maintenance Solutions (Ims):
Provide full support to facilities ranging from single site campuses to multi-site locations. Responsibilities include but not limited to the following: P&L Management and Governance of Multi- Business Units to include Bay Area: HVAC, Building Maintenance, Lighting, Roofing. Oversight of business unit direct reports include: (1) HVAC Service Manager, (2) Service administrators, (1) Foreman lead, (3) Journeyman Electricians and (3) Building maintenance service technicians. Other responsibilities include Accounts Receivables and general customer service operations
