Daily Duties at Gopher Resource:
Recruited internally from a Lead position in the refining dept. of Gopher Technology after 1.5 years. Shift supervisor of 14 employees from previous 8. Developed strong employee productivity standards with ability to identify, isolate and eliminate work hazards. RMPC recycling battery material, lead and plastic handling and testing. Administered quality control checks and performance evaluations. Increased productivity and reduced turnover by gaining trust and respect from employees through disciplined approach, immediate conflict resolution, and establishing open communication
