Daily Duties at Wolfram Research Inc:
1. Deliver service and support to clients via email, phone, or remote connection 2. Diagnose and resolve customers’ software and programming issues 3. Write, analyze, review, and rewrite routine Wolfram Language programs and/or build simple models using Wolfram SystemModeler following provided specifications 10. Perform revision, repair, or expansion of existing programs/models to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements 11. Document program/model design, usage instructions, and work progress 12. Test and correct programs/models 13. Develop expertise in and expand understanding of existing and forthcoming Wolfram technologies
