Daily Duties at Wolfram Research Inc:
1. Deliver service and support to clients via email, phone, or remote connection 2. Diagnose and resolve customers’ software and programming issues 3. Deliver training to individuals, groups of customers, and/or employees remotely or in person 9. Write, analyze, review, and rewrite routine Wolfram Language programs and/or build simple models using Wolfram SystemModeler following provided specifications 10. Perform revision, repair, or expansion of existing programs/models to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements 11. Document program/model design, usage instructions, and work progress 12. Test and correct programs/models 13. Develop expertise in and expand understanding of existing and forthcoming Wolfram technologies
