Managed all aspects of pharmacy operations in Eastern WA, Oregon and Northern Idaho including 7 staff model pharmacies, over 300 network contracted pharmacies and a pharmacy help desk. Oversaw all licensing and accreditation, PBM relations, formulary management, drug utilization review, academic detailing, cost containment, and pharmacy managed anticoagulation and refill clinics.
