Daily Duties at Haband Company:

► Main responsibility included directing the finance staff of three financial analysists, along with reporting directly to the president of Haband in the capacity to aide with business decisions. The president and I would discuss new challenges and or changes to the company. We would dis-cuss his ideas and I would give both the pro’s and con’s to those ideas supported with various financial analysis, refining these opportunities to make them more profitable. ► Prepared monthly financial statement and operating review, in addition to quarterly business review. ► Developed comprehensive financial forecasts and conducted analysis in support of strategic business planning and cost containment initiatives. ► Analyzed monthly ad-hoc financial reporting. Worked through an ever changing environment with ten different direct corporate reports in ten years and five different brand presidents, along with multiple corporate senior management. (COO and above) Working directly with the CEO established a process to develop initiatives, to support a diminishing demand but still maintain budgeted EBITDA. Lead and supported the Brand ELT, Marketing, Merchandising, Creative, Inventory Control, and HR VP’s with all analytics necessary to run the ever changing mail order business. Responsible for any suggested business changes or proposals, legal issues (leases, contracts, lawsuits).
