Daily Duties at Lancer Corp:
• Responsible for teaming with resources to build strategic relationships within the accounts, articulating a clear vision, generating enthusiasm, and impacting multiple cross-functional groups. • Responsible for selling at the most strategic level within the accounts and implementing a broad product and services strategy. • Mobilize all appropriate Lancer resources (Sales, Technical Specialists, Consulting, Support, Product Groups and Executives) to support our customers’ business around the world. • Responsible for Key Account Worldwide revenue growth. Expectations to consistently meet or exceeds revenue targets on a quarterly and annual basis • Project chef with cross-functional team to develop and implement new products in the pipeline. • Responsible to attract, develop, and retain top sales team talent. • Managing expenses in alignment with segment budget requirements. • Hold and facilitate discussions on sales and process efficiency improvement within and across the global sales teams. • Coach sales teams on acclimating to process and culture change created by changes in strategy, direction, overall business, etc. • Create approaches and strategies that address/overcome challenges, issues, and risks
