• Successfully develop market penetration strategies for private label products • Research and set pricing schedules for over 1500 products • Analyze and prepare pricing reports for senior team review • Manage complex products and create successful marketing campaigns • Sourced products internationally and developed extensive contacts and manufacturers • Responsible for leading product designs from the development stage until mass production of product • Work closely with suppliers to create incentive programs for our salespeople • Developed and maintained MCM Maker market resulting in sales of over $8,000,000 last year • Create and implement Trade Show marketing plans • Create forecast and marketing plans for assigned product groups • Manage product lines resulting in over 23% of MCM’s annual sales • Develop relationships with key suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms
