• Identified and analyzed public health data to develop relevant programs and guidelines. • Implemented ancillary program to socially and economically assist HIV/TB patients. • Implemented case finding program (HIV, TB, vaccination, pregnancy, malnutrition) at household level. • Created a comprehensive set of indicators and guidelines for monitoring and evaluating those programs • Did consultation of outpatient, and ward rounds for inpatients • Established and evaluated a quality improvement project for outpatient clinic in a district hospital
