• Actively collaborated with clients to identify computing technology advancements to streamline processes, increase inventory controls and generate business intelligence to maximize profits and deliver record revenue growth. • Conducted continual consultative client enterprise analysis to optimize internal processes, hone sales procedures and design winning marketing/demand generation strategies. • Managed the development and implementation of customized ERP, MRP, CRM & POS systems for franchised clients. • Counseled clients in middleware analytics (MenuLink, Oracle BO, Cognos) to micromanage inventories, labor usage and operation expenditures resulting maximize profits and consumer demanded quality control. Developed comprehensive client enterprise specific management dashboard applications used to manage productivity, increase process efficiencies and capitalize on winning marketing opportunities.
