Daily Duties at Confidential In Vision Strategic:

• Providing comprehensive business technology needs analysis and formative technical requirements documentation for innovative, profited enterprise productivity and end-user consumable technologies. • Consulting on the development of web and mobile applications, geo-fencing employment and value added demand generation strategies utilizing local and third party hyper-intelligent consumer data. • Managing cross-functional inter-organizational data storage and employment strategies utilizing cutting-edge integrated technology for optimization. • Framing optimized adaptive Agile® methodologies for project success. Coaching clients on Agile® implementation. • Participatory management of application discovery analysis, use case development, UML formative modeling, risk management/mitigation, critical vault documentation, UAT (BETA) testing procedures, scripts and focus groups, testing implementation and collaborative revision analysis for a variety of industries in highly complex markets. • Formulating financial & resource budgets, ROI models, maintaining budget adherence and developing financial/resource-reporting matrices for c-suite level oversight.
