Daily Duties at Remec Wireless Systems:
Direct all elements of major program(s) from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule and contract requirements. When Promoted to Direct of Program Management in October 1998 I was responsible for all aspects of the two largest commercial contracts within REMEC Inc Additionally, reponsible for: Project budgeting and expense management Scheduling and planning coordination across multi-function disciplines Heading up cost reduction team on Main Production Wireless products. Consultant to MRP/ERP implementation team. Quarterly forecasting and budgeting with the company President Direct customer interface with single point contact funneling for sound communication, setting quarterly and weekly revenue targets for the company, management of production requirements to meet monthly & quarterly sales forecasts and targets
