Daily Duties at The Quest Group:
Used various recruitment tools and methods to source and recruit a pool of qualified candidates. Developed relationships with clients, candidates, and referral sources to identify current staffing needs and requirements, projected openings and potential new business opportunities. Managed candidates while on assignment, assessed candidates concerns and issues, and provided performance coaching, counseling and disciplinary action when necessary. Scheduled 60+ nurses and 25+ clients by scheduling candidates for initial placement and ongoing assignments. Identified challenges in the onboarding process, and in teamwork with office leadership, developed solutions that maintained appropriate requirements, quality and customer service.
