Daily Duties at The Quest Group:
Manage PRN operations, business development, financial goals, human resources, and all clinical compliance. Develop and implement operational reports that focused on key performance signs. Oversaw, guided, directed, and managed the execution of market performance by defining both short and long term vision. Identified business opportunities, followed up on sales leads, acquired new business, and identified new market development opportunities. Advance business by compiling and analyzing data and identifying areas of improvement. Promote company policy, procedure, and strong business ethics including compliance with Joint Commission standards. Responsible for hiring and the on-going development of team members including strategies for employee retention, career path, performance management, and growth and interest within The Quest Group. Increase positive working relationships and raise effective teamwork with patient service coordinators, clients, and nursing staff.
