Daily Duties at Broadridge Finacial Solutions:

• Coordinate client calls and meetings in house and abroad. I am also personally in charge of our quarterly business reviews (QBR’s). Was in charge of the creation of all Power Point presentation’s and QBR’s within my department for 3 years’ time and still update the slides and format to stay fresh (using internal numbers). • Actively work with, coach, and mentor CRA, marketing, and sales team to maintain a healthy business relationship and rapport with our entire client base/list. Proactively reach out to all of my team’s clients, assisting them with the services they utilize, or could utilize relating to the services and solutions we offer. • Provide all product and software demonstrations, either in person/on site, conference calls, and travel abroad visiting client offices to teach employees on our operating systems and tools, in addition to assisting with anything market related, and current SEC and NYSE regulations especially in regard to keeping my clients in full compliance. • Great time management skills. I’m able to multitask, and keep a calm clear head even on the busiest days. Adapting and troubleshooting on a daily basis is key to maintaining my team. • Samples of my work, presentations, and awards will be provided at the time of interview. For obvious reasons, I will not disclose the specific firms in these examples (as I have blocked out each company name).
