Daily Duties at Remec Broadband Wireless:

Directly responsible for full Product Life cycle Management for all REMEC RF products globally (Outdoor and Indoor Broadband Radio products), with hands-on management of important programs from inception to full volume production, and leading Product Management direct reports in the US and Philippines. Integral member of the Senior Management Product Steering Team to establish goals and objectives for new product development or new product features. This included presenting Return on Investments (ROI) Analysis, based on marketing input, schedules and cost reduction roadmaps With full authority and responsibility for all aspects of all of REMEC’s global customers and contract performance, the Program Management team was the focal point for all the programs, internally and externally, under my direct leadership. In addition to daily hands-on Program Management and problem solving activities, provided revenue projections, customer demand and weekly targets for NPI and factory production. Created regular customer summary reports and presentations to top management and customers. In it's prime, the company was turning over $150M annually. Developed and implemented the customer and material demand planning tools, for all products, still used to plan the NPI and Production floor throughout the company (globally) today.
