 Work collaboratively to strategize, plan and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive K-12 special ed school enrollment and sales of educational services to school districts and parents  Supervise department staff projects as well as provide coaching for professional development  Support Field staff by creating sales presentations and collateral to support their business development goals  Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements  Build strategic partnerships with industry experts in order to advance company position as thought leader in the field of education  Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects  Monitor progress of department workflow and submit reports to senior leadership
