Maintained outsourced supply chain services for Nexera Management Services client with $400 million in expenses. Provided strategic sourcing, transaction processing, value analysis, and data/information management services. Coordinated non-outsourced services and client-provided logistics. Recruited, hired, trained, developed and managed four direct reports and 36 indirect reports. Managed supply chain division and 13 value analysis teams engaging 300 client participants. Reviewed benchmark performance, KPIs, savings initiatives and cost savings.
